Ole Gunnar Solskjaer deserves plenty of praise for helping "transform" the fortunes of defensive pair Eric Bailly and Luke Shaw, according to Ian Wright.
The Manchester United manager has seen his side ride out their poor early season form and are now in the midst of a title race.
Man management has long been a strength of the Norwegian, who took over from Jose Mourinho in December 2018. Shaw and Bailly were struggling for opportunities under the Portuguese manager with the former being publicly criticised.
Solskjaer though has made the pair a part of his back four in the last month and reaped the rewards. United have conceded just two in their last five league games with momentum continuing to build following their win over Fulham.
