Cara Delevingne's pals are getting increasingly worried about the model after a string of errant public behavior. TMZ reported on Friday, Sept. 16, that the "Only Murders In The Building" actress is "struggling with issues that go beyond substance abuse."Cara, the report says, was initially having with mental health issues, but those close to her now believe she needs therapy and rehab.Over the past few weeks, Cara has appeared disheveled and erratic in public.
