A neighbour has told how she wrapped two girls in dressing gowns as they laid injured after being 'hit by a car' in Oldham.
Coleridge Road in Sholver was cordoned off following the incident at about 5pm on Saturday. Local residents reported seeing two children being tended to by paramedics after reports they were knocked down by a car.
