Glasgow’s summer hotspot Kelvingrove Park despite current coronavirus restrictions urging people to “stay at home”. Sunny weather has brought many to the popular west end park with witnesses sharing images of large crowds soaking up the good weather.Police say they have officers on patrol throughout the park to ensure the area remains “safe for everyone to enjoy.”Glasgow North West Police tweeted: "Community Officers are out patrolling in Kelvingrove Park today, Understandably people are out enjoying the rare moment of sunshine, we'll be there to keep the park safe for everyone to enjoy.”Meanwhile a popular Edinburgh park has also been mobbed with people enjoying the sunshine despite covid rules.People have descended on the Meadows this.
