With the temperatures rising, many have been struggling with the heat during the night. As well as the heat, Brits’ sleeping habits are being affected by the Covid-19 pandemic.
New data from YouGcov has revealed that more than four in 10 adults are experiencing more sleep problems that usual during the coronavirus outbreak.
Over half of those are 16-29-year-olds (53%). In response, Public Health England (PHE) has launched new advice on its Every Mind Matters platform to help improve sleep and support mental health.
