Flannery's Hotel in Co Galway, Ireland hit back at the cheeky group who tried to shift the blame for their "unruly" behaviour which saw them lose their €1,150 [ 981.05 ] security deposit.
The luxury hotel is well-loved by locals so when the critic brutally told people to "avoid the place", the venue felt compelled to respond.
The scathing review was from an individual who helped cause havoc with his 23-person group, which saw fed-up hotel guests contact the management with noise complaints, reports Irish Mirror.
