A man has received the coronavirus vaccine as part of a council's drive to give homeless people the jab. Lee Ullha received a Covid-19 vaccine at the Depaul UK homeless shelter in Oldham, Greater Manchester today.
Oldham Council have teamed up with local GPs in a bid to ensure that rough sleepers and those without home are innoculated. The Labour run authority is the first in the country to roll-out a programme specifically designed to vaccinate homeless people.
