Hollywood star Ryan Reynolds and actor and director Rob McElhenney have been confirmed as the men behind a bid to buy National League side Wrexham.
The North Wales club confirmed that the duo are the proposed bidders for the 155-year-old outfit, and they are now set to put forward their plans for the club at a Special General Meeting.
Reynolds has starred in numerous Hollywood blockbusters and is most famous for his role in the recent franchise. While McElhenney is one of the creators and stars of the hugely popular comedy series which recently aired for the 14th season in the US.
