Nominations for the coveted gong includes EastEnders, Corrie and Neighbours., which came to a poignant end in August after being axed.

It has also failed to get a nomination in the Serial Drama Performance category - losing out to stars from Emmerdale and EastEnders, who have seen two actors apiece get the nod.
