Holly Willoughby has got very candid in her book Reflections, admitting that she’s sometimes ‘felt like a spectator’ in her own life.
In an extract of the book seen by MailOnline, the This Morning presenter detailed how she would sometimes detach from what was happening as a coping mechanism.
Reflecting a little more on this, Holly added that she didn’t really notice what was happening but thinks she started feeling a ‘little adrift’ when she was trying to hide her dyslexia as a child.
Holly’s new book covers everything from her career and family life to her thoughts on body image and burnout. The star wrote: ‘I wasn’t present in my life.
