Holby City fans outraged as soap cancelled in BBC schedule change

dailystar.co.ukHolby City has been cancelled for one week, as the BBC has opted to replace the show with a football match. Tonight, Match of the Day Live, which sees the FA Cup kick-about between Chelsea and Liverpool, will air in Holby's usual slot.
Kicking off at 7.30pm, the Match of the day will run until 10pm, when the BBC News at Ten is due to take over. Holby City broke the news over their official Twitter account, leaving diehard fans devastated.
Sharing a link to the BBC iPlayer, they wrote: "Nope. No #HolbyCity this week. It's all #FACup… If you're missing us, you can catch up on last week's episodes here." Below, there was a clip of Kian Madani (Ramin Karimloo) and Jac Naylor (Rosie Marcel) looking outraged – echoing viewers' furious reactions.
