Part of the Grade-II Listed Flying Flute building in Bradshawgate, Bolton, is currently being transformed by local 20-year-old entrepreneur Amani Parkhetia.
Amani, of Deane, is decorating the inside of the soon-to-be-opened 27th Street Gourmet restaurant herself. And she is hoping to make it as 'Instagrammable' as possible.
