But in a departure from the norm, she signed up for gruelling survival show Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins, and she certainly threw everything into it.
The former Blue Peter presenter, 36, got so stuck into the show that she broke the nose of a fellow contestant — soap actress Nikki Sanderson — after the instructors told them to box each other.
