HELEN Flanagan has revealed she struggled with ‘mum guilt’ yesterday. The actress, 31, admitted she shouted at her eldest daughter Matilda, six, because she keeps losing her glasses and said she felt bad after getting help with her youngest Charlie, one.
Sharing a picture of herself looking glum, Helen told her followers: “I had mum guilt today over two things, I shouted at Matilda as she keeps losing her glasses all the time and needs them and I felt bad about that all day until I picked her up. “Then I felt bad that I had child care for Charlie today even though I really needed it.” Helen, who is also mum to Delilah, three, with partner Scott Sinclair, has been very open with parenting struggles in recent weeks.
In a lengthy post as she discussed stopping breastfeeding Charlie, she revealed: “Found the past weeks quite challenging with mum life.
I think it’s quite good to be honest as we see such perfect images of motherhood on social media.” .css-16e4f55{margin:16px 0;}.css-1czxmma{background-color:rgba(252,239,255,1);margin:16px 0;}.css-1tapza8{padding:20px 15px;}.css-1bk4jdt{padding:20px.
