Arsenal defender Hector Bellerin has been taking painkillers to keep himself available in recent weeks after suffering a tear to his right groin, an injury which has made it difficult for him to cross a ball.
Bellerin has struggled with fitness problems since returning from a lengthy spell on the sidelines in September, having ruptured his cruciate ligament in January 2019.
Since recovering from the injury, he has only completed a full set of 90 minutes on 10 occasions, with a number of niggles stalling his progress.
