Harry Maguire has praised Christian Eriksen for 'taking the sting' out of the game in Manchester United's win against Everton.
Eriksen suffered an ankle injury against Reading in the FA Cup in late January and he made his return from the sidelines against Everton on Saturday afternoon when replacing Jadon Sancho with around 15 minutes remaining in the game.
The midfielder only returned to full training earlier in the week and he received a warm reception when entering the pitch. "Nothing is ever comfortable in the Premier League, to be honest," Maguire told MUTV. "It should have been comfortable, that's for sure, but when the game is at 1-0 it's not, you know anything can happen in this league. "Everyone has that bit of quality and they're dangerous from set-pieces and headers.
