No shortage of Manchester United supporters ripped into Erik ten Hag's players after going 2-0 down right at the start of the second-half of their Europa League quarter-final second-leg against Sevilla in Spain on Thursday evening.
After David de Gea and Harry Maguire combined to gift-wrap Youssef En-Nesyri the opportunity to give the Spanish side an early lead, they doubled their advantage less than two minutes into the start of the second half.
A corner delivery found the shoulder of defender Loic Bade and his effort looped up over De Gea and into the net. Following a lifeless first half performance, Ten Hag made the decision to make a double substitution at half-time, introducing Luke Shaw and Marcus Rashford from the substitutes bench.
