Greece has been left off the UK's quarantine-free country travel list. The government is expected to announce a full list of countries under a traffic light system which will decide which nations are safe to travel to today.

Under the traffic light system Britons holidaying in “green” or “amber” countries will not have to self-isolate for 14 days when they get back.

But people returning from countries in the 'red' zone would need to self-isolate. The list is set to include 60+ countries but the Transport Secretary Grant Shapps confirmed this morning that quarantine rules will not be lifted next week for travellers arriving from Greece.
