West Ham's late equaliser against Chelsea on Saturday. The Hammers thought they had scored to make it 2-2 when Maxwell Cornet struck with just minutes left on the clock at Stamford Bridge.

But the goal was ruled out in controversial circumstances after referee Andy Madley was sent to the monitor by VAR official Jared Gillet.

Madley ruled that Bowen had fouled Mendy, sparking fury among the away fans and from West Ham manager David Moyes. Debate has raged on social media about whether the correct call was made, with many feeling the east Londoners were hard done by.
