GPs plead for support on World Kindness Day after 'worrying' abuse

The plea by the body, which represents 5,000 GPs in Scotland, follows a British Medical Association (BMA) Scotland survey showing 88% of practices reported an instance of verbal or physical abuse to a staff member within the last month.
