Gogglebox star Amy Tapper shared her weight-loss secrets after appearing in a new video looking thinner than ever.The 22-year-old has been using social media to share her fitness journey and recently worked alongside Muscle Food in a new advert in which she revealed her top tips for shedding the pounds.Amy said that she has been focused on creating a daily calorie deficit and planning meals in advance with the healthy eating company.She also said that she has been training on a regular basis with a personal trainer and has been cooking more frequently, as well as trying new foods.The Channel 4 star also told fans that she's setting smaller goals in order to reach her long-term targets.

In a caption accompanying the video, she commented: "It's so important for me to have a good routine and do things that make this journey as smooth as possible - with MuscleFood Goal Getters making it so easy for me I want to make it easy for anyone else looking for ways to stay/get motivated!"Let's build some healthy habits together in 2022." Earlier this year Amy revealed that she was using a whole new mindset when it came to weight loss as she shared pictures of her progress.

She wrote: "Mentally I just want to keep going and going and never felt so motivated!"Amy appeared in the popular Channel 4 show alongside her family from 2013 to 2018 but was told by doctors that she suffers from a slow metabolism, which can make it difficult to control your weight.She previously told The Sun: “Every person’s body is different and everyone’s metabolism is different.“Over the past 10 years I think I have come to a conclusion about what is best for me and what works for me.
