Taylor Alison Swift is an American singer-songwriter. She is known for narrative songs about her personal life, which have received widespread media coverage. At age 14, Swift became the youngest artist signed by the Sony/ATV Music publishing house and, at 15, she signed her first record deal.

Her 2006 eponymous debut album was the longest-charting album of the 2000s in the US. Its third single, "Our Song", made her the youngest person to single-handedly write and perform a number-one song on the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart. Swift's second album, Fearless, was released in 2008.

Buoyed by the pop crossover success of the singles "Love Story" and "You Belong with Me", it became the US' best-selling album of 2009 and was certified diamond in the US. The album won four Grammy Awards, and Swift became the youngest Album of the Year winner.

Glasgow Airport reopens as suspicious item 'posed no risk to public', bomb squad confirms

A major incident at Glasgow Airport sparked by a suspicious item in a passenger’s bag has ended. Passengers are now being welcomed back into the terminal after spending hours in a multi-storey car park.Emergency services were called to the scene shortly before 6am after the alarm was raised in the central search area of the transport hub.

The exact nature of the item is not currently known, however, the Explosive Ordnance Disposal team were called to examine it.It has since been confirmed that the item was 'innocent in nature' and posed 'no risk' to the public.

A statement from Police Scotland said: "Around 5.55 am on Monday, 5 December 2022, police were called to a report of a suspicious item within the security search hall of Glasgow Airport.“As a precautionary measure, and in accordance with procedures, the check-in and security search hall areas were closed to the public and a cordon implemented.“Following examination of the item by the Royal Navy Explosive Ordnance Disposal team (EOD), it was confirmed that it posed no risk to the public and was innocent in nature.“All areas of the airport are in the process of being reopened.”Glasgow Airport bosses added: “Police Scotland have confirmed the incident has been stood down and our staff are now in the process of welcoming passengers back into the terminal and providing any assistance required. “We would like to thank our passengers for their patience.” Body found in flat amid search for missing Scot as cops launch ‘unexplained death’ probe Glasgow Airport lockdown sparked by 'suspicious' item in passenger's bag Scots medics probed after elderly patient died in agony following allergic reaction to treatment
