Georginio Wijnaldum gave a cagey response when asked if he was going to sign a contract question with Liverpool. Reds fans feared the Holland midfielder was set to leave in the summer, with Barcelona boss Ronald Koeman believed to be keen on taking his compatriot to the Nou Camp.
Wijnaldum's contract with Liverpool expires at the end of this season, and the 30-year-old is yet to commit to a new deal. Reds boss Jurgen Klopp has previously appeared relaxed about the situation, and the hope at Anfield is that Wijnaldum will sign an extension.
