Gary Neville has claimed VAR officials are scared to over-rule decisions made by their colleagues on the pitch. There have been several wrong decisions this week as the Premier League season reaches crunch point.

Tottenham were denied a penalty away at Bournemouth which could have earned them all three points, but officials at Stockley Park failed to award a spot kick for a foul on Harry Kane.

Both Man Utd and Southampton were awarded penalties on the same evening, and both stood, despite the Premier League admitting they should have been ruled out by VAR.

Now Sky Sports pundit Neville has pointed the finger at those in the VAR control room for failing to make the big calls. He tweeted: "On VAR.
