Gareth Southgate has sent home Manchester United forward Mason Greenwood and Manchester City midfielder Phil Foden.The shamed stars Foden and Greenwood will be flown home after breaking lockdown rules in Iceland.The FA have launched an investigation into reports the duo broke the squad bubble by inviting two women back to the team hotel in Reykjavik following England's 1-0 win in the Nations League.Foden, 20, and 18-year-old Greenwood will now miss Tuesday's game in Denmark and jet home on separate flights instead.Both were hauled before Southgate and forced to apologise for their actions.
It remains to be seen how Southgate will choose to discipline the duo.It is understood both of them will have to be tested again for Covid-19 upon.
