The former UFC great is very much back in the thick of things in WWE, returning to action at January’s Royal Rumble just months after giving birth to her first child.If that weren’t an incredible enough physical feat, Rousey also had one of the biggest matches on the WrestleMania Saturday card as she challenged Charlotte Flair for the Smackdown Women’s Championship.Many had felt their collision would close out the show – the first of two nights of Mania action in Dallas, Texas – only but that ended up not being the case.Officials instead had Flair vs Rousey as the penultimate match on the card, behind the special edition Kevin Owens show featuring Stone Cold Steve Austin.WWE legend Austin brought the house down during his appearance, which ended up turning into a near 15-minute wrestling match against the Canadian that he duly won thanks to a Stone Cold Stunner.Whilst that sent 77,000 fans home happy, reports later emerged that Rousey had been less than impressed by the position of her match on the card.

Prominent wrestling journalist Bryan Alvarez noted he'd been told the 35-year-old was so infuriated by the decision to not put her match in the main event slot that she stormed out ahead of the prestigious Hall of Fame ceremony the night before. “Ronda thought that she was going on last [but] she wasn’t,” Alvarez reported.“When she found out, she was furious, I was told. “One person who knows her, so I presume that this is true, said that she was so mad [on] Friday, that she just walked out.“She wasn’t at the Hall of Fame.
