The Rafiq brothers - Amer, 46, Imran, 44, Asim, 42, and Irfan, 41, - now employ over 400 staff at their 10 UK restaurants and 2 development kitchens, with plans for rapid expansion in the year ahead, including a new site in the Super Terminal at Manchester Airport - and plans to take the brand global.
Now, 12 years since opening their first Archie’s store on Oxford Road in Manchester, the brothers still can’t quite believe how far they’ve come.
