Senior coroner for Manchester West Timothy Brennand issued the caution at an inquest into the death of long-term drug and alcohol dependent James Lee Taylor, 37.
James died as a result of 'an inadvertent overdose' of illicit and prescription drugs after collapsing at his home is Westbank Road, Lostock in Bolton, Mr Brennand ruled.
