Carl Ollerhead, 40, was suspended by the town hall’s Labour group last year after allegations were made on social media. Following an investigation by Staffordshire Police’s rape and serious sexual offences team, Mr Ollerhead has been charged with three counts of indecent assault on a girl under the age of 16.
