He told the Daily Star: “As soon as you walked in, the smell of weed hit you straight away. "You could see all of the equipment - every single room down to the bathroom had cannabis plants inside it.”The building itself has fallen into disrepair with weeds, not the smoking kind, shooting up through various cracks in the house.Describing its former glory Parr, who has acted in Coronation Street, said: “It was a beautiful mansion, it had TVs in the bathrooms for when you’re lying in the bath, a swimming pool in the back garden, Jacuzzi, tennis court, but literally nature has taken it all back.“The swimming pool is like a pond, the tennis court is full of moss and all overgrown - I love that.
