Football fans left disgusted by beer at games despite '45,000 pints pulled per match'

FootyBevs, over 86 percent of football fans are unhappy with the beer served at stadiums despite continuing to pay through the nose for it.

The FootyBevs Twitter account has given fans a platform to share their awful experiences with some questionable beverage options, although there are some exceptions.

And Daily Star Sport have teamed up with both Heineken UK and FootyBevs to see exactly what you should be expecting when being served that matchday pint.Following the success of the Twitter profile FootyScran, which highlights the best and worst food served at football grounds, FootyBevs was founded last November.

It has since amassed over 65,000 followers as fans share snaps of the best (and worst) pints they’ve been served at stadiums around the country.And upon discovery that lots of fans were suffering from poor experiences, a poll was put out on the profile, with 86 per-cent of participants claiming that they are left disappointed with beer at football grounds.
