With the country in lockdown, most of us are spending far more time at home than normal. And all those odd jobs we've been putting off for months (who are we kidding, years) - fixing that creaky door, sorting out the drawer of doom - are coming back to haunt us.
It's a good time to tick off your DIY to-do list. Keeping your house in good order and keeping busy will both be beneficial to your wellbeing at what is a tough time for all of us.
But with the NHS already under extreme pressure, none of us should be attempting anything too ambitious that might result in accidents - nor should we be nipping out to buy non-essentials.
