Tory MPs will on Monday be urged to back plans to protect leaseholders from facing huge bills amid the post-Grenfell cladding crisis.
Labour is setting out a list of demands as analysis shows that up to 11 million people are at risk from huge costs and unsellable properties.
The Opposition is calling for a new National Cladding Taskforce after years of Government delays to protect leaseholders from bearing the cost.
And on Monday night they will force a symbolic Parliamentary vote to pile pressure on dozens of Tory MPs who are understood to want the Government to do more.
