A family claim their trip to KFC was ruined after they were served a "red and bloody" chicken wing. Brian D’Arcy and his family went to the fast food outlet in Bromborough, Wirral, on Tuesday evening but claims his chicken was "raw" and "tasted bloody".
The 40-year-old, originally from Anfield, said he told the manager that he thought the food was raw and shouldn't be served to other customers.
KFC say the chicken wasn't under-cooked and fresh produce can often be that colour when cooked, the Liverpool Echo reports. Brian said: "We spoke with the manager and they assured us they were cooked and that it was the marinade and spices making it that colour.
