A massive sinkhole that has forced the closure of a major road through Falkirk is likely to have been caused by a leaking water pipe, according to engineers.

Emergency services rushed to Bellsdyke Road in the Larbert area shortly after 6pm on Tuesday October, 19, after reports a footpath had collapsed.
