rtur Boruc has taken a hit of almost £375,000 on the property transfer market after selling his Scottish home. The Polish goalkeeper has cut ties with Scotland 11 years after he left the Glasgow giants.
He bought the four-bed house in Bearsden, East Dunbartonshire, for £1.3million in 2008. Records show the fans’ favourite – nicknamed the Holy Goalie – offloaded the sandstone villa for £925,017 last month.
Boruc reduced the asking price from offers over £950,000 after putting the house on the market a year ago. A source said: “Whoever has snapped up this home has got a fantastic deal.
