Maisel was shut out of the major categories handed out during the ABC broadcast.Two years ago, the Amazon series had won outstanding comedy series, and also saw trophies go to stars Rachel Brosnahan and Alex Borstein and creator Amy Sherman-Palladino.Last year, Maisel lost the top comedy prize to another Amazon show, Phoebe Waller-Bridge's Fleabag —but still had a strong showing in the acting categories, with stars Tony Shalhoub, Borstein, Jane Lynch and Luke Kirby all winning.This year, the series only took home four trophies that were presented during the five-night Creative Arts ceremonies.
