Emmerdale viewers have spotted the way the cast members are cleverly disguising their lockdown transformations. The ITV soap is currently battling continuity issues as some of the current scenes were filmed before lockdown, and some were filmed after.
The soap already aired its special lockdown episodes, and now rather confusingly it has gone back in time to before the pandemic.
The gap in filming has meant that some actors look dramatically different midway through one scene, and it has not gone unnoticed.
Jurrell Carter, who plays Nate Dingle, was seen in a hat on Wednesday's episode, presumably to hide his hair growth as hairdressers are still not open so he has not had a chance to get it back to the same length it was before the
