Emma Bunton has made a shock confession about the Spice Girls. The singer, 44, revealed how the former girlband were "probably drunk" when they recorded their first ever album, Spice, back in September 1996.

She shared the information for the first time during an appearance on Shopping With Keith Lemon. The star admitted the girls were sipping on "the cheapest sparkling wine" to get through the stressful writing and recording process. "We were writing the album.
