UK's Easter mini heatwave is set to continue today (Saturday April 16) after yesterday marked the hottest day of the year so far.
Brits were sweltering on Good Friday, particularly in St James Park, London where the record 22C temperature was registered.
The continued dominance of high pressure systems will bring similar temperatures today, making the UK warmer than sunny Ibiza.
Moreover, today the warm spots should stretch further north, according to the Met Office, meaning more Brits will be able to bask in the scorching sun.
