Phil made a phone call to a mystery person in which he declared: "It's me, I need your help". Phil has found himself at the height of trouble following DCI Keeble’s recent reign of terror.
Phil has become a man on a mission as he attempts to keep Billy Mitchell out of prison for the murder in DCI Keeble’s father’s killing.
Despite all being present at the historical event, it was Phil’s father who committed the crime and now Phil has taken on the responsibility of protecting the innocent Billy.
