Addressing the crowd after making it up to the stage, Phil said that they "don't ever feel like [they] get complacent" over their NTAs wins.
While Holly told viewers at home: "Thank you so much for everything... You make our show for us, you really do."But some viewers were convinced that Holly and Phil had been booed on stage and looked awkward before putting Alison Hammond in front of the mic.
