In tonight's episode, BBC One viewers saw the aftermath of what happened to Phil after he attempted to make amends by handing himself in.
During yesterday's episode, Sharon Mitchell (Letitia Dean) decided to hear Phil out after he crashed the boat which led to the death of her son Dennis (Bleu Landau).
An emotional Phil apologised for his part and in a bid to make it up to Sharon, he handed himself in and in tonight's episode woke up in a cell to discover his fate.
