Veteran TV presenters Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford have been told to keep quiet about their axing from This Morning, according to reports.
Sources claim the presenters, aged 61 and 60, have been advised to not address losing their slot on the ITV programme to avoid missing out on more work gigs.
The duo – who have been replaced by Alison Hammond and Dermot O'Leary – marked their final ever Friday show just a couple of days ago.
Since departing the popular show the pair have since expressed their gratitude towards fans for their overwhelming support following their demotions.
