BRIT Awards 2022 viewers have pointed out an 'awkward' moment between Olivia Rodrigo and Maya Jama. The ceremony took place in the O2 Arena in London on Tuesday night, with ITV broadcasting the show live.Picking up the second award of the evening for International Song of the Year with her track 'Good 4 U', Olivia was riding high when she was approached by BRITs host Mo Gilligan and and his co-presenter Maya for a chat.Asked how she was enjoying the show, Olivia said: "Oh my gosh, the energy here is just unparalleled."Mo then asked the 18-year-old which other artists she was excited to meet, following her fangirl moment with Taylor Swift at last year's BRITs.Olivia replied: "Oh my gosh.

I'm actually a huge Wolf Alice fan."I want to meet Adele really bad. I've met her once in passing and she was so sweet but I just like want to talk to her and congratulate her on everything."She added: "It's just so nice to be around all of these creative geniuses.

I feel so inspired."As Mo called Olivia "lovely", Maya grabbed his shoulder and added: "She's lovely but Mo, because you've had a lot of pressure tonight and a lot of things going on, we are at the bar.

Do you want to do a shot?"The pair then took a shot as Olivia awkwardly looked on.Posting to Twitter, viewers picked up on the "uncomfortable" moment. One viewer wrote: "That moment between Mo, Maya and Olivia was so cringe and Olivia looked so uncomfortable!"Another commented: "When Maya Jama suggested they take a shot i literally said aloud OH YEAH OLIVIA CAN SHE'S 18 and then she just...didn't ?????"Meanwhile, another fan said: "The way Olivia was sat looking at Mo and Maya Jama was hilarious."A fourth noted: Watching Olivia watch those two take shots was awful.
