David Chorlton, 26, appeared before a judge at Minshull Street Crown Court today (June 11). Mr Chorlton, of no fixed abode, pleaded not guilty to causing the death of Philip Ogden by dangerous driving.
He admitted another charge of death while driving being disqualified or uninsured.
