Double crash drama on Scotland’s roads as woman taken to hospital followed by three-car smash

Motorists faced slight delays as first responders dealt with the incident shortly before 4pm on Monday.The extent of the woman’s injuries are not currently known.A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 3.50pm, officers attended a one-vehicle road traffic collision on Castle Street."A woman was taken to Glasgow Royal Infirmary to be treated.
Enquiries are ongoing." Meanwhile, officers are currently dealing with a three-car crash in Ayr close to the Craig Tara Holiday Park.Emergency services remain at the scene on A719 Dunure Road, which has been closed.It is not currently known whether anyone has been.
