Doctors are asking grieving families to confirm their relatives' deaths by showing them their bodies remotely - to avoid having to make house calls.
The NHS admitted some relatives have faced requests to display bodies via videolink due to the coronavirus pandemic. Gillian Orman was outraged when she rang the NHS after her mother Kathleen Bricknell passed away at the home they share following a long illness.
