TransPennine Express have said services may be disrupted as a person has been spotted on the tracks at Marsden, West Yorkshire.
As a result, trains running between Huddersfield and Stalybridge have been affected. According to the train operator, services running through these stations may be delayed by up to 10 minutes.
No further details about the nature of the trespasser have been released. The disruption is expected to continue until at least 2.15pm today (Thursday 18 March).
