Television watchdog Ofcom has confirmed 214 complained about the alternative Christmas message, which aired opposite the BBC’s broadcast of the official annual video.A spokesperson added: ‘We are assessing these complaints against our broadcasting rules, but are yet to decide whether or not to investigate.’The speech included jokes about the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s departure from the UK, as well.
